What is Semi-cured Gel Nail? 
Imagine salon gel nails and nail stickers had a baby. This is it. Semi-cured is the latest technology in the nail industry.
They're salon gel nails but half the price, half the time and without the nail damage. Unbelievable. (But, it's real.)
Real liquid gel is semi-cured 60% onto the sticker sheet. They're flexible, stretchy and wearable material which fits to all nail shape and sizes! Under a UV lamp for 60 seconds, it becomes 100% cured.
Will it damage my nails?
Nope! Our products is 100% safe and it will not damage your lovely nails even after you removed it. 
How long will it takes to get my nails done?
Less than 10 Minutes!
Imagine you need to get your nail done at a salon for a dinner, an event, wedding or a party but you have work, house chores or looking after your kids. Annoying isn't it? Is okay, we gotchu!
You can get your nails done anywhere, anytime in less than 10 Minutes!
It might takes slightly longer on your first try! But you will definitely able to get it done in less than 10 minutes on your 2nd or 3rd try!
How long will it last?
Everyone want their nails to last long, don't they?
Don't worry! Our nails can last at least 2 weeks or more!
Are your products vegan free?
Yes! We love our furry friends, and we know you do too! All nail stickers are made with cruelty and vegan free. So you can have a peace of mind wearing it! :)
Do you offer customize design?
Yes! We do offer customize design as long as you met the MOQ. Email us at hey@finggerland.com and we would love to chat more about it with you! 
How do you remove the nails?
It’s super easy to remove our gel nail stickers. We’ve made a quick video for you here
I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation?
It’s possible that the confirmation email has gone to your spam or junk folder! If you are still not able to locate the email, please contact us at hey@finggerland.com with the Full Name the order was placed under.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item!
Please email us at hey@finggerland.com with your order number and to help resolve things quickly, we request you to include 2-3 clear photos of the item, so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! We can absolutely help change this for you, provided your order has not been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, please email us with with your new address with "URGENT" in the subject title.
If your order has been shipped, don’t worry! We will work with you and the courier to have it redirect to the correct address.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (If you are unsure about the design, pleasedo not open the packaging and contact us first, as we won't be able to provide refund/exchange once the packaging is opened).
- You will also need to provide photos and a receipt (or proof of purchase.)
- The item(s) must be a full-price purchase (not marked as “clearance,” as all clearance items are final sale). There will be a "No change of mind policy applied" to "Clearance" items.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, By Me & Crew will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at hey@finggerland.com to initiate your return.
Provide photos of your item to help us assess its condition.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if the product is faulty and required to be returned to us) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional Information:
- If you are returning an item from a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply.
- For faulty or incorrect products, we will provide a free return shipping label. Simply drop off the item at your local post office.
- For returns due to a change of mind regarding the product or design, a return label fee will apply.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
Another design caught your eye? It happens! You can certainly return your nail sticker to us for an exchange to a new design, provided it is returned within 30 days.
Do I have to pay for returns?
If the product is faulty or incorrect, we are happy to organise a free returns label for you to return the item. We will send you a shipping label and you just have to drop it off your local post office. However, if there's a change of mind of the product or design, there will be a return label fee.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Once you dropped off the return items at the post office, please request a receipt from them and send through a photo of your receipt as a proof your return has been lodge. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
You will receive an email once it has been handled on our end. From there, depending on your bank, it will take 2–5 business days to process into your account. If it takes longer than 5 business days, we advise getting in touch with your bank or credit card company.
What if my order get returned to you?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect, or any other reason beyond our control, you have the following options:

Reshipping the Order:
If you would like your order to be shipped again, a flat fee of $4.95 will be charged for reshipping. We will notify you once we receive the returned package, and upon payment of the reshipping fee, we will proceed to ship the item back to you.

Canceling and Requesting a Refund:
If you prefer to cancel your order and request a refund instead of reshipping, a $4.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping costs.

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays or additional costs.
